Summer News 2025
Letter from the Chair of Governors, Nicola Foster
As we approach the end of another exciting and enriching school term, we want to take a moment to reflect on all the wonderful learning, laughter, and achievements that have filled our classrooms and playgrounds over the past few months. From creative projects and memorable school trips to milestone moments and everyday triumphs, our pupils have truly embodied the spirit of love, laugh and learn.

Summer Reading Challenge
The Summer Reading Challenge is a fun, nationwide initiative run through libraries across the UK. Aimed at children aged 4–11, it encourages reading for pleasure during the summer holidays, helping to boost reading skills and build confidence. Children set their own reading goals and collect rewards and incentives as they complete books throughout the challenge. Pop into our local library at the Forum to find out how your child can take part . It’s completely FREE and a great way to keep children reading over the summer! There are also lots of prizes to be won.
