Spring News 2026
Spring Newsletter
Thank you to our prefects, Oliver and Ameya, for sharing important news and celebrations from this half term.
Attendance steps to success
Number 1: Every week, teachers receive their class attendance figures from Mr Taylor so they can celebrate excellent attendance. Teachers and teaching assistants also call home on Day 2 of any absence to check in and offer support. They will also speak to parents about attendance during Parents’ Evening.
Number 2: Each week, 10 children who were in school every day the week before will be chosen at random for a special treat with Mr Taylor.
Number 3: We also have the 100 Club Mission. We want one day, just one!, where every single child in the school attends. If we achieve this, we’ll have a big celebratory event, planned by the children, for families, pupils and staff to enjoy. Attendance works best when school and families work together. If anyone is struggling with getting their child to school, please speak to us, we are here to help.
