A big hello from the Ringway Primary School PTA! We aim to create a parent community around the school to support and enrich our children’s learning. With your involvement and support, the time your children spend at Ringway will be a happy and for filling one. The Ringway Primary Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a registered charity and its object is to enhance the education of the pupils in the school in a number of ways:

1. building closer relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school;
2. engaging in activities which support the school and advance the education of the pupils attending it; and
3. providing and helping to provide facilities or items for education at the school (not provided from statutory funds) that the Committee and Governing Body ask for.
    

Throughout the years we have raised several thousand pounds which are then spent on a variety of projects. The following are some of the things we have funded through money raised at our termly fundraising events; 

• Each year the PTA provide lots fun for the Year 6 children’s final days at Ringway Primary, children look forward to their year 6 leavers prom as well as their leavers hoodies in their last week of primary school.
• We donated the money for a brand-new performance system and staging to be installed enabling the children to create their amazing Christmas performances and class assemblies. 
• Each year the nursery children are provided with a Ringway Primary School branded bookbag paid for by the PTA.
• The Valentines Disco and Christmas hampers are other highlights of the children’s year at Ringway Primary organised by the PTA.
   

In the very near future, we will be providing the school with some brand-new full-size goal posts to finish off our recently renovated field! The children are all so excited and we look forward to our school football teams playing on our pitch.

The Ringway PTA hold events for all the family to enjoy and help raise funds to spend making the school a better place for you and your children. We welcome support on every level from parents.  Everything to simply attending and support events to getting more involved in running some events.  It’s all amazing stuff and it couldn’t happen without all of you.
