Hello and a warm welcome to 2B’s page! This is our class page where you will find information about our learning and documents about Year 2 expectations. We love to learn and read in 2B so take a look at our exciting book recommendations. One of the first books we read this year was, 'Our Class is a Family'. We are very much a class family who enjoy learning and growing together. Our classroom is a safe, positive and calm environment where we all enjoy learning and being creative together. 

Year 2 is full of interesting and exciting topics, we’re going to have fun and learn more about the world around us. We’re going to learn about topics like: The Great Fire of London and Florence Nightingale in History, to Sydney in Geography. We also read lots of stimulating texts providing us with plenty of writing opportunities. There really is something for everyone to enjoy!
